First and foremost, Ivan is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and kind. Whether it was fixing a bathroom shower faucet that wouldn’t switch easily between the faucet and the showerhead, or uninstalling and installing a new ceiling fan, he handled each task with precision and care. He clearly takes pride in his work, and the quality of his expertise truly shows.
What stood out the most was his attention to detail and commitment to getting things done right the first time. No shortcuts, no rushed work—just a thorough, well-executed job. Also before installing the new ceiling fan, he quickly looked to see if a new motor was available to save money for me, before opening and installing the brand new one. I truly appreciated that. Then he concisely yet clearly explains the process, offering helpful tips for future maintenance, which I really appreciated.
